Willa’s practice areas include corporate and securities law, including public disclosures and 1933 and 1934 Act filings and compliance, SEC and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, regulatory compliance, corporate compliance and governance, including Insider Trading Policy, Section 16 Compliance, and Disclosure Policy, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, PIIA, internal and regulatory investigations and M&A. Willa is also known for her work in crisis management, litigation strategy, and speechwriting.
